An incident occurred in Thimmapura village of Bagalkote taluk where a woman mixed disinfectant in fruit juice and gave it to her three daughters and then she herself died of poisoning.
Mother Rekha Bagali (28) and children Sannidhi (7), Samriddi (4), Srinidhi (2) are the deceased.
It is said that the mother was mentally depressed as the three children were also girls. It is said that because of this, he killed his children in a frenzy and also committed suicide.
The grief of the family has reached its peak. The incident took place in Bagalkote rural police station.
