The daughter killed her father by hitting him on the head with a hoe!

A shocking incident where a daughter killed her own father for a trivial reason took place in Ramnagar district.

Huchcheeraiah (68) is a father who was killed by his own daughter. Pushpa (30) is the murdered daughter. The incident which took place earlier in Naidole village of Channapatnam taluk has come to light late.

Accused Pushpa was living in her father's house for many years after leaving her husband. But she seems to have suffered from mental illness for some days. On Tuesday night, there was an argument between the father and daughter over a trivial reason, during which Pushpa killed the father by hitting him on the head with a spade.

Due to the severity of the blow, Chuchirayya died on the spot due to bleeding and Pushpa, alarmed by the incident, escaped from the spot. Channapatna rural police visited the place, registered a case and started investigation.
