Udupi video case: Bail granted to three female students

The court has granted bail to the three female students accused in connection with the Udupi College video case.

Today, three female students in the accused's position applied for anticipatory bail in connection with the allegation that a video was recorded by placing a mobile phone in the women's toilet of a private paramedical college in Udupi. Udupi District Court conducted the hearing today. Court has granted bail to three students.

Three Muslim female students of a private para-medical college in Udupi were accused of recording a video by placing their mobile phone in the women's toilet of the college and sending the video to Muslim youths.

An FIR has been lodged against the college under various sections. A case has been registered under IPC section 509, 204, 175, 34.
