Agriculture department official fell into Lokayukta trap while accepting bribe

An officer of the Agriculture Department was caught red-handed by the Lokayukta police while accepting a bribe.

Mangaluru Lokayukta Police conducted an operation and arrested Deputy Director of Agriculture Department, Bharatamma. Lokayukta officers raided and arrested a woman officer while she was accepting bribe in her office.

The attack was carried out under the leadership of Lokayukta SP Simon and DySP Cheluvaraj, and they attacked retired RFO Paramesh while accepting a bribe to pass the bill for the distribution of 50 lakh saplings.
