Arun Puttila accused of attempting to attack Talwar

Attempted Talwar attack on Puttila Parivar in Puttur of Dakshina Kannada district.

In front of Hindu leader Arun Kumar Puttila's office, five people wielding swords took place in the wee hours of Friday. It has been learned that there was an attempt to carry out a head-on attack by a team led by Hindu Jagran Vodhya leader Dinesh Panjiga.

A message posted on social media is said to have led to the incident. An attempt was made to attack Puttila's supporter Manish Kulal but Manish was not in the office at the time.

This allegation was heard against the team of 8 people including Dinesh Panjiga. Meanwhile, the police have arrested 5 people including Dinesh.
