Supporters of the Congress party new MP chanted Pakistan Zindabad in Vidhansouda

In a very unpleasant incident took place after the Rajyasabha election, when supporters of the Congress party MP shouted the seditious slogan of "Pakistan Zindabad" inside the state legislature.

As Congress candidate Nasir Hussain registered his victory in the Rajya Sabha elections, his supporters displayed treasonous behavior by chanting slogans of Pakistan Zindabad.

This action of the Congress supporters has been widely condemned and the opposition BJP and JDS have also expressed outrage and demanded an investigation into the slogan shouted by Congress MP Naseer Hussain's supporters and action against the anti-nationals.
