Congress councilor pleaded with the BJP Union Minister to give justice for her daughter death

The video of Congress party's Hubli councilor Niranjan Hiremath pleading with BJP MP and Union Minister Prahlada Joshi for justice for his daughter's death has raised many questions.

"No lawyer.. shouldn't get bail.. like that, you have to take care till he gets hanged, sir.. You have to give peace to her (my daughter) soul... Today this power no one else has sir.. I tell directly sir.. everything in your hand .. give me justice and she should give peace to her soul .. our community should also say yes .. agree that you have done", Niranjan Hiremath, the father of the murdered student, begged Union Minister Joshi in a video clip of TV9.

Union Minister Prahlada Joshi has given a statement on this, "Neha Hiremath, daughter of our councilor Niranjan Hiremath, was brutally stabbed to death by a young Muslim man for refusing love. Such incidents are happening due to appeasement and enrichment of anti-social forces in the Congress administration of the state. If the Congress government does not take immediate action. He warned that the society will protest.

A college student girl was stabbed to death by a missacrant for not accepting his love proposal. The daughter of a Congress councillor of the Hubballi Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) was stabbed to death on Thursday at the premises of her college by a fellow classmate.

According to the police, Neha Hiremath, 21, daughter of HDMC councillor Niranjan Hiremath, was stabbed several times by her classmate Fayaz.

Fayaz, a resident of Savadatti in Belagavi district, was seen on CCTV footage stabbing Neha multiple times before fleeing the spot. The police are yet to ascertain the reason behind the murder but have detained Fayaz.
