Reliance to Invest in New U.S. Oil Refinery - President Trump says in Announcement

U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that India’s energy giant Reliance Industries Limited will invest in building a major oil refinery project in the United States, marking a significant development in energy cooperation between the two countries.
